Order Processing Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Timelines Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster, while remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this to follow your shipment until delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete. Pocket Proved is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Re-shipping due to wrong details provided by the customer may incur additional charges.
Failed Delivery & COD Orders For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please be available to receive and pay for your order. If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, refusing the order, or providing wrong details, the order may be returned to us. Repeated failed COD deliveries may affect eligibility for COD on future orders.
Delays While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, high order volumes, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will help track and resolve any delivery concerns.
Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with a valid unedited unboxing video.
