We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or stock, or invalid or incomplete delivery details. If we cancel a paid order, the amount will be refunded.
4. Payments We accept prepaid payments through our available payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. For COD orders, you agree to accept and pay for the order on delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is available on our website and forms part of these Terms. Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty products reported within 48 hours of delivery, with a valid unedited unboxing video.
7. Product Use Our products are intended for normal household and personal use as described. Please follow all usage and charging instructions provided. Pocket Proved is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the provided instructions.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Pocket Proved name and branding, is the property of Pocket Proved and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Proved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
